Reflections: The Art of Fun
If there’s one thing I’m committed to, it’s having fun in this life. No matter how busy my schedule gets or how hard I’m working, I never want to become so focused on the next goal that I forget to enjoy the moment.
As the CEO of Motivational Moore, I’m fortunate to have a career that genuinely brings me joy. Writing, music, film, television, public speaking, hosting, photoshoots, marketing, and consulting keep me creating, connecting, and bringing bold ideas to life.
A modern Renaissance woman, indeed.
But the fun doesn’t stop when the workday ends.
For me, it can be a hike, a swim, a soul-to-soul conversation, a night out, a quiet walk through the neighborhood, or a solo dance party at home. Fun doesn’t have to be complicated. It just has to feel good.
I’ve learned that joy is also about presence—giving yourself permission to step away from the hustle and noise.
And as someone who can definitely overthink for no reason, I’ve learned to simply enjoy the vibes.
Dance. Laugh. Explore. Turn up the music. Try something new. Spend time with people who make your spirit feel good.
Life isn’t meant to be managed every minute. It’s meant to be experienced.
So make fun a priority. Your mind, creativity, body and spirit will thank you.
I’m also grateful to everyone streaming Inward Awakening. One of my favorite feel-good tracks on the album is “Glow,” an infectious song that makes you want to dance and own your magic.
An international banger for my Kings and Queens who know how to have FUN!
Love you all. ❤️
